» UpdatedSome users may experience long loading times for the Search Results and Booking Engine of their Website powered by Lodgify.
We have identified a bottleneck in our backend infrastructure that is causing intermittent degradation of loading speed performance for some customer websites. This means that for some affected websites, guests may sometimes experience longer loading times for the search results or booking engine pages on occasion, which negatively impacts direct booking conversion. This is an isolated issue and is only affecting a small percentage of our customers. The issue is not consistently impacting the affected websites but instead is occurring intermittently.
We are aware of the problem and are working on it urgently. However, it is a complex issue that is taking longer to resolve than we had hoped.
We want to assure our customers that the scope of the issue is limited to the website module and that all other system modules, including all channel connections, are currently functioning as expected. However, our development teams are working to improve the situation.
We understand the significant impact this issue can have on our customers' ability to generate direct bookings, and we sincerely apologize for any disruption to their business. Our engineering and operations teams are working diligently to improve the speed performance of our customers' websites.
